Richardson, Trustee (Jackie Carlin’s property); 21 East Lane; Map 32 Lot 67: Relocate the existing storage shed to a location that is approximately 75 feet from the top of the newly eroded coastal bank due to Hurricane Sandy. The new location is the farthest point of level ground from the coastal bank. The shed and porch will be placed on the ground with no new in-ground support posts. A 30-day Emergency Certification permit has been issued for the Conservation Commission to prevent the shed from falling onto the beach. |
